Mini-Grant Process

Beginning with the FY2010 Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP), Citizen Corps funding will be awarded bi-annually in packages of up to $5,000. NEMA will still accept and fund long-term project proposals with proper work plans and budgets. Since Citizen Corps is such a fluid program, the mini-grants are intended to cover unforeseen projects that come up during the year. Mini-grant documents are able to be downloaded below, and submitted via email to:
